Unique care model for residents
We have partnered with Access Aged Care who provide a unique care model for residents, consisting of GPs and Nurses on site, supported by afterhours locums and specialists via telehealth videoconferencing. The use of technology to provide access to care when needed has proven vital to the clinical care of residents who would otherwise have to seek alternatives.
Out-of-pocket costs covered
Residents who successfully apply for funding support will have any out-of-pocket costs covered, allowing the very best of care without the financial burden.
